In this campaign, we will provide 100 free nights each to 100 companies that promote women's active participation and men's participation in childcare in order to spread the culture of postnatal care. By participating in this campaign, employees and their families who have given birth will be able to recover physically and mentally, allowing them to return from childcare leave with peace of mind.

Weakness of support immediately after giving birth in Japan
Postpartum depression affects 1 in 7 women. The incidence of postpartum depression among men is also increasing.
"Giving birth is life-threatening." "Giving birth is hard work." Everyone feels this as a matter of course.
The environment surrounding the postpartum period in Japan presents many barriers to raising children, such as an increase in dual-income households, nuclear families, elderly childbirth, and the corona crisis. It is said that the number of affected people is increasing after the corona misfortune.
